Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us in writing via email within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original packaging, tags, and accessories included

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will offer either:

  • A refund, or
  • An exchange

Please note:

  • Outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A £2 Stripe payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must:

  1. Notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Include clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect in your email.

Once we receive your notification, we will respond within 24–48 hours to confirm the resolution options, which may include:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

If a refund is agreed, it will be processed once the item has been returned to us in its original packaging.
