Tips for Cooking with Saffron
- You can bloom saffron in warm liquid before adding to dishes to release maximum colour and flavour.
- You can also crush saffron threads into a fine powder, then add 1 or 2 ice cubes until fully dispersed.
- Use 15 to 20 threads to achieve your desired colour, flavour, and aroma.
